Executive Mentoring
With thirty years of corporate experience, as CFO and CEO, in a broad variety of industries, Mr. Andersen can provide coaching and mentoring support for young, talented executives to accelerate their growth. Such executives deal with many challenges that they have never encountered before, but are sometimes reluctant to share openly with peers and board members, lest they appear less confident. As a mentor, Mr. Andersen can be a resource for such leaders, providing an open ear, engaging in debate, and offering counsel and guidance.

Leadership can be lonely. If an environment of trust is established, a mentor can be a welcome and valuable resource to the executive. Mr. Andersen will dedicate a significant amount of time "up-front" to develop a relationship with the executive, interview the leadership team, and develop an understanding of the business. On an on-going basis, however, the mentor role may require only an hour or two a week, as determined by the executive or the board.
